iSolved Setup Instructions

iSolved requires a signed form to be submitted in order to provide Ceterus with access

  1. Download the User Authorization Form
  2. Fill out the highlighted sections, then sign and date the form:
  • Change Effective Date: today’s date
  • Client Name: your name
  • Client Number: your iSolved Client Number
  • Email: use format access+YOURLASTNAME@ceterus.com

3. Attach it to your reply to Ceterus, and CC your payroll representative. Please request that your representative confirm when the invitation is sent and to include the 4 digit authorization pin that we will need to finish setup.
