Welcome to Ceterus Support! Our Support site was created with you in mind as you run your business on a daily basis. These articles will address most questions entrepreneurs like yourself have asked us overtime. We also have many articles that cover how to best utilize features throughout Edge.

What to Expect

Accessible Content

Ceterus Support houses content in a way that is easy to find and easy to understand. Our content is broken out by primary Support Topics, then narrowed down even further into various key sections to help you find the articles you need. Of course, you can always input any keywords in the search bar if looking for a specific article.

Visual Comprehension
We've designed our articles to make sure you have both written and visual materials available to you. As you explore, you'll find that the majority of our articles include easy to view step-by-step instructions, key call outs for important tips and reminders, and helpful demo videos or screenshots so you can compare what's on your screen to what should be populating. If you still have questions or find these instructions are not as helpful as you hoped, the "More Questions? Email Support button" will take you to the request page for more assistance.
Related Articles
At the bottom of each article, you'll notice a group of Related Articles listed that connect with the article you are currently viewing. This makes it easy for you to jump to other content as you are thinking through the current article you are reading. In addition, "Articles in this Section" and "Recently Viewed Articles" will be listed at the bottom of each article page.


User-Friendly Navigation

Throughout the site, you'll be able to navigate to a variety of platforms and pages related to supporting you and your questions. The primary navigation tools will at the top of the page are listed below:

    • Ceterus Logo: Click the Ceterus logo on the top left-hand corner to return to the main Ceterus Support page
    • Back to Website: Click "Back to Website" to return to the website
    • Have a Question?: Click "Have a Question?" to submit a question or request to our Ceterus Support team
    • Sign In: Want to try some Edge features out in action? Click Sign In to sign into the Edge portal

On the Main Page, you'll also find some helpful tools beneath the Search Bar:

    • Article Blocks: Directly beneath the Search Bar will show two blocks linking to more articles. These blocks are the Top Two most common Support Topics our customers visit. You may see these change over time as we get into more unique financial seasons.
    • Promoted Articles: Articles listed under "Promoted Articles" will have a Blue Star next to them and are generally used for new articles that have been recently added or are most important for the current financial season
    • Support Topics: Find All Support Topics here with a brief description of what you can find in each

No worries, like we said, we're here to help! The best step is to contact us. At the bottom of all articles, you can submit a request by clicking on the "More Questions? Email Ceterus Support" button.


If you are not on an article, you can also choose "Have a Question?" in the top navigation bar. This will take you to the same request page to be sent to our Support team. We'll be sure to respond as soon as possible.
