Scheduling a Call with my Financial Consultant

Ceterus uses vCita to efficiently schedule calls with their teams. This has proven to give owner's dedicated time with their Financial Consultants while also allowing FCs to prepare for the requested call to efficiently discuss the matter at hand.

  How do I know my FC's scheduling link?

  • Email support@ceterus.com and ask to schedule a call with your Financial Consultant and we will reply with a link to your business' dedicated Financial Consultant's scheduling link. 
  • If you have a recent email from your Financial Consultant, in the signature of their email click on the "schedule a call here" link. 

When Should I Schedule a Call with my Financial Consultant?

    • Learn how to best leverage Edge to access reports and monitor performance
    • Understand accounting concepts (general concepts or nuances within your brand or industry)
    • Review your books and or better understand your specific outcomes
    • Engage more directly as a follow up from a webinar or assistance in using a Ceterus do-it-yourself tool
    • Ask about recent developments in the broad political or economic environment or a trend in your industry
    • For new locations beginning the onboarding process that need a kick-off call. 

Scheduling a Call Through vCita

vCita allows an appointment to be scheduled with less back-and-forth. When a call is scheduled, it is typically accompanied by a Zoom link in the confirmation. Using the Zoom link allows your FC and you to connect without having to verify contact information directly.

    1. Choose a Financial Consultant vCita link to open the scheduling app
    2. You will be prompted to choose one of two options:
          • 30 Minute Financial Consultant Call: Speak with your designated Financial Consultant about financial related questions
          • 1 Hour Financial Consultant Call: Speak with your designated Financial Consultant about financial related questions
          • Onboarding Kick Off call: For customers beginning the onboard process for a new locaiton

    3. On the calendar, click on any day that is black. The days that are greyed out are not available.image-2.png
    4. Once you click on the date, the available time options will appear.

      Time-Zones

      Please be aware of the time-zone populated. There is an orange message that will give you the option to change the time-zone if desired)image-3.png

    5. Once you have chosen a date and time, a “Booking Summary” page will appear to confirm. This summary will confirm the time allotted for the call, who you will be having the scheduled call with, and confirm the date and time you selected. Once reviewed, click Continue.

    6. Fill in your contact information (Email, First and Last Name)

    7. IMPORTANT: Please fill out a description of what you hope to discuss on the call in the Notes section. The more details the better, as this will ensure your team is prepared.
    8. Click the blue “Confirm Booking” button
    9. Once you receive the “Confirmed” message, please also check your email for additional details to join the call.
