How to give Ceterus access to your Heartland payroll account
Fill out the highlighted sections of Heartland’s Online User Access Authorization form. Then sign at the bottom of the page.
Email the completed form to your Heartland payroll representative. If you do not remember your contact’s direct email, you can send the form to heartlandpayrollsolutions@e-hps.com
When you hear back from Heartland, inform us that access to your account has been shared, by making a comment under the pending request on your Ceterus homepage. Note that we do not receive any notifications directly from Heartland and will be relying on your confirmation that this is complete.
