To grant us access to your account, you will need to approve third party access for Ceterus. Please email your Your Payroll representative with your Activation Coordinator cc’d. Ask them to create a third party user for Ceterus with the following information:

- This is the Federal EIN for Ceterus.

After access has been approved, request payroll reports be forwarded to support@ceterus.com on a monthly basis.
The reports will be sent via encrypted email. Confirm the PIN with the Your Payroll representative. It is typically the last four digits of the entity EIN.
