How to grant Ceterus access to your Paychex reports. 

Before Beginning: Please provide your Ceterus contact with your Paychex company ID (and 8-digit number associated with your business). We will use this number to send you an invite. 

  1. Log-in to your Paychex Flex account at myapps.paychex.com. 
  • In the center of your dashboard, you will see a tile called “Tasks”. The request from Ceterus should appear here. 
  1. Click on the user CARTER, DEREK or ceterus01
  2. In the toolbar that appears, click “No role assigned” in the Admin Role box. 
  3. On the next screen, select the role of Reporting Admin
  4. After saving, go back to the previous toolbar and save. 
  5. You’re done! Now, let your Ceterus contact know that you’ve completed this step, so that they can verify that your payroll reports are coming through correctly.
