Orangetheory Billing Portal Setup Instructions

Follow the steps below to provide access to your Billing Portal: 

  1. Login to Orangetheory Billing Portal
  2. From the top menu options, click Settings
  3. From the menu on the left, scroll all the way down and click User Management > Users
  4. Click Add New User and fill in the fields below:
    1. First Name: Ceterus
    2. Last Name: Accounting
    3. Email: access@ceterus.com
    4. Role: Franchisee Executive
    5. Studio: Choose applicable studio(s)
  5. Click Save
