If you are a Brand Administrator on your Olo account, you should have the User Management option at the bottom of your left hand-side menu. If so, please let your representative know so you can coordinate creating a third party user together, as this is the required designation needed to create third party users. Olo resources on user management can be found here.
If you are not a Brand Administrator on your Olo account, please return to Edge and provide us with your username and password.
If you are not a Brand Administrator and believe you should be or are interested in the User Management feature, you must reach out to corporate to request this designation. But in the mean time, please return to Edge and provide us with your username and password.
