eZCater Set Up Instructions

  1. Log into your Ez Cater account at https://www.ezcater.com/caterer_portal/sign_in

  2. From your account find the Users and Permissions Section

  3. Then, find the option to Add a New User.

  4. Fill out the details using the information below:

    1. Full Name: Ceterus Bookkeeping

    2. Email: access+YourLastName@ceterus.com Ex: access+Smith@ceterus.com

    3. Phone number: 269-359-7621

    4. Stores this user can access: Add all applicable stores

  5. Then click Send Invitation.

  6. Reply to your representative to let them know you have created their user.
