Lake City Bank Set Up Instructions

Important: Due to how Lake City Bank has set up access to accounts versus credit cards, there are potentially two types of access you will need to provide.

Lake City Bank Credit Card Access

1. If you have no business credit cards with this bank, please skip to the Lake City Bank Business Account Access section.

2. If you do have business credit cards, log into Edge account to provide us with your login details and security questions using the secure credential request in your Action Center.

3. If you only have credit cards, you’re done! Please reply to the original message to let your representative or activation coordinator know you’ve completed the steps. Otherwise, move to the Lake City Bank Business Account Access section to provide us access to those.

Lake City Bank Business Account Access

1. Please connect with your Lake City Bank representative and request they create a third party user using the following details:

   1. Name: Kelly Knight

   2. Email: access@ceterus.com

   3. Phone Number: 269-359-7621

   4. Username: [Your choice. We recommend something simple like CeterusYOURLASTNAME]

2. Once your representative confirms the user has been created, please return to the original message to let your representative or activation coordinator know so that we can complete the set up of the account.
