We will send an automated connection request to sync your American Express activity with our platform. You will see the connection request on the Home Page of the Ceterus Bookkeeping app.
Since the automated connection does not include statement download, we will request monthly statements for reconciliation purposes. You don’t have to remember! The monthly statement request blocker will be visible on your home page toward the end of each month. You can attach the statement directly to the request.
Note: Although Amex does offer an Account Manager profile for third parties, we are unable to use that option to login and download statements.
