Capital One Set Up Instructions v2

Capital One does not offer a third party account user. The steps below are to provide Ceterus with the ability to accept Multi-Factor Authentication codes to access your account(s).

  1. Log in to Capital One

  2. Click on the profile icon in the top right corner

  3. Choose Profile from the menu

  4. Locate the phone number section

  5. Add 269-359-7621 to the home or work fields (not mobile)

  6. Select the option for Yes, contact me through automated means

  7. Click Save

  8. Return to the Ceterus app to provide us with your username and password
