At this time, we are unable to access the Fifth Third Direct platform due to their use of soft tokens, a security feature that requires a person to use an app on their smartphone. For security and scalability it is not feasible for our business.
We will request statements from you on a monthly basis. Please return to Edge to let your Activation Coordinator know the date your statements close (for example, if your statements are available on the 20th of each month), we can ask the team to request your statements on that same day each month (save the times the day falls on a weekend).
