At this time, we are unable to access the Fifth Third Direct platform due to their use of soft tokens, a security feature that requires a person to use an app on their smartphone. For security and scalability it is not feasible for our business.
We will send a connection request to your Ceterus app to set up an automated connection between Ceterus and your bank. We will be able to access financial transactions and statements.
