Note: If an existing third party user for Ceterus was previously made and you only need to give us visibility to new locations you are onboarding, skip to the next section.
Creating a new Club OS Financial User
Log in to Club OS
Click Add > New User
Fill out the form (example below) using the following details:
Account Type: Location Manager
Username: access+YOURLASTNAMEAF@ceterus.com (Ex: access+SmithAF@ceterus.com)
Password: 1234
IMPORTANT: Check the box underneath that says, “Force user to change password when they first login”
First Name: Ceterus
Last Name: Bookkeeping
Email address: access+YOURLASTNAMEAF@ceterus.com (Ex: access+SmithAF@ceterus.com)
Once the form is complete, click 'Create New User' at the bottom of the page. If you have more than one location, continue to step 5. Otherwise you are done!
From the dashboard search Ceterus and click our user
At the top right, click the gear icon to open the user settings
Scroll down until you see the Location Access section. Select all necessary locations. To choose multiple one, hold down the CRTL button (Windows) or the Command button (Mac)
Click Save location information
Return to Edge to provide us with the login details.
Adding Locations to an existing Club OS User
Log in to Club OS
From the dashboard search Ceterus and click our user
At the top right, click the gear icon to open the user settings
Scroll down until you see the Location Access section. Select all necessary locations. To choose multiple one, hold down the CRTL button (Windows) or the Command button (Mac)
Click Save location information
Return to Edge to let us know the new location(s) have been added to our user.
