We need your help to receive Club OS reports each month. Please schedule reports in Club OS that can be sent to Ceterus, monthly at the beginning of the month for the previous months reporting. We do not request credentials due to increased security measures and MFA requirements.
Login to https://app.club-os.com/action/Login
Click Reports.
Repeat the following steps after clicking "[+ Schedule]" on the PT Transactions Report and the Accrual Revenue Report.
For Date Range select the "Last Month" option.
For Location select the "All Locations" option.
For Frequency select the "Monthly" option.
For Day select the "1" option.
Type "accounting@ceterus.com" into Other Recipients field.
Click “Save.”
Confirm the report is scheduled.
