ABC Financial Set Up Instructions v2

These steps reflect our current understanding of the system at the time of publishing. Third-party platforms and workflows can change frequently. Please let us know if you have any trouble completing these steps.

Note: If you have previously created a third party user for Ceterus, and you only need to give us visibility to new locations, skip to Adding Locations to an existing ABC Financial User.

Creating a new ABC Financial User

1. Log in to ABC Financial

2. In the Club Maintenance menu, click Club Login Management

3. Click Add and input the following:

   • User ID: [your choice - see below]

     • Insert information about yourself when creating this username.

     • For example, if your last name is Johnson the username could be JohnsonCeterus.

     • If your business name is Smith Enterprises the username could be SmithEntCeterus.

   • Password: Ceterus123! (We will change this password for security purposes).

   • First Name: Ceterus

   • Last Name: Bookkeeping

   • User Level: 3

   • Email address: ​access+YOURLASTNAMEAF@ceterus.com (Ex: access+SmithAF@ceterus.com)

   • Choose and make note of the Secret Question and Answer

   • Zip code: 29403

4. Select all club(s) Ceterus should have access to 

5. Select Always Access All Reports

6. Click Submit

7. Please return to Ceterus bookkeeping to provide us with the username, password and the secret question and answer you created.

Adding Locations to an existing ABC Financial User

1. Log in to ABC Financial.

2. Choose any club from the dropdown and click Submit.

3. When that page loads, under the Club Maintenance menu on the left, click Club Login Management.

4. From the list of user IDs, select the one you created for us. Then click Update.

5. Under the Available Club section, check the box next to any remaining new locations we need access to.

6. Then click submit. 

7. Please return to Ceterus Bookkeeping and let us know that you have added the location(s) to our user. We will login and verify access.
