Adding a User to Edge

As a user in Edge, you will have the ability to access your financials and benchmark data on a regular basis. If you would ever want another partner or manager to have access as well, we are happy to add them as a user for you. The owner of the Edge account must provide written permission for additional users.

 Important

The owner of the Edge account MUST provide written permission for additional users in order for Ceterus to add. Any user added to Edge will be able to access all Edge features, including:

    • Financials
    • Downloadable Financial Information
    • Benchmarks

There are two options to contact Ceterus Support to have a new user added: Submitting a Request through Edge or Submitting a Request through Email.

Submit Request through Edge

  1. Log into Ceterus Edge
  2. Select the “Have A Question?” button at the top right corner

  3. Your request will need to include the required fields:
      • New User First Name
      • New User Last Name
      • New User's Email

Submit Request through Email

  1. Create an email to support@ceterus.com from your primary Edge email address
  2. Your request will need to include the required fields:
      • New User First Name
      • New User Last Name
      • New User's Email
