How to Submit a Question
- Login to the Ceterus app
- Draw your attention to the right of the upper toolbar
- Click the “Get Support” button
- Supply the details relative to your question
- You may also add attachments/documents by dragging and dropping these into the Attachments field.
Where Does My Question Go?
Your question will be delivered to the Ceterus Team to review. Based on the nature of the question, your request will be assigned to the appropriate team member to respond and take action. If the team has additional questions, we will reach out to you.
