Orangetheory Billing Portal Setup Instructions v2

  1. Login to Orangetheory Billing Portal

  2. From the top menu options, click "Settings"

  3. From the menu on the left, scroll all the way down and click User Management > Users

  4. Click Add New User and fill in the fields below:

  • First Name: Ceterus 

  • Last Name: Accounting

  • Email: access@ceterus.com

  • Role: Franchisee Executive

  • Studio: Choose applicable studio(s)

  1. Click Save.
