Adding Additional Bookkeeping Users

The Primary Account Holder (PAH) must give us their written permission to provide Bookkeeping access to additional users. All Bookkeeping users will have access to all financial statements. You should only request additional users if you are comfortable with them having access to your financial reports.

We do have Blocker Access Levels which allow you to control who in your organization can view and resolve blockers.

To add a new user to the Bookkeeping app, please create a support ticket from within the Bookkeeping app or send an email to support@ceterus.com. Please include the user’s first and last name, their email address, and the blocker access level they should have.
