  1. Log in to Citizens Bank
  2. Look for a section related to Profile, Security, or Access
  3. Please use the following information to create a profile for Ceterus: 
    1. Name: Ceterus Bookkeeping
    2. Phone: 269-359-7621
    3. Email: access@ceterus.com
  4. If applicable, please ensure that the login offers visibility to
    1. Account activity
    2. Statements
    3. Check images
  5. Return to Edge to provide Ceterus with the username and password you created
