Navigate to https://bank.truist.com/web/home
Once logged in, click "Business Tools", then Business Admin.
From the manage users page, click "Add user"
Enter the following details in the fields:
First name: Ceterus
Last name: Bookkeeping
Email: access@ceterus.com
Phone number: skip, n/a
The user ID is up to you. We recommend something simple like CeterusYOURLASTNAME, Ex: CeterusJones
The temporary password is also up to you. We recommend something simple like WelcomeCURRENTYEAR! Ex: Welcome2024!
If you want to ensure you have typed the temp password correctly, click the eye icon. It should have a line though the eye.
Copy and paste the same thing into the "Confirm temporary password" field.
10. Make note of the User ID and temporary password created. This is what you will provide in the credential request in your Edge account.
11. Click "Continue"
12. The default option for "Do you want to make this user an admin" should be "No". If it is not, click No.
13. For access Level, click the drop down menu and choose "View only". If you have a mix of business and personal accounts under your user, choose Custom access and select the appropriate business accounts/cards we need View only access to.
14. Then click "Continue".
15. The next page shows a summary of the business accounts we can access. Review to ensure all necessary business accounts and cards have been granted view only access. Then click "Add user".
16. Return to Edge and provide us with the username and password you created.
