Alabama Sales Tax Setup Instructions

The instructions below are to create an Account Manager for Ceterus to access your Alabama sales tax account

  1. Login to My Alabama Taxes
  2. Go to Manage My Profile in the top right corner

  3. Select Other Actions

  4. Under the My Users section, click Manage Secondary Logons

  5. Click Add

  6. Enter this contact information:

    1. Username: Any username can be used.

    2. We will receive this information in an email sent from the Alabama DOR once the account is set up.

    3. Name: Ceterus Bookkeeping

    4. Email: access@ceterus.com

    5. Type of Access: Account Manager

  7. Return to Edge to provide the username you created
