Arizona Access Set Up Instructions

Please use the below instructions to create a Delegate user in your AZ DOR account:

  1. Log into your account at https://www.aztaxes.gov/Home/Login

  2. From the Businesses page, click View on the far right

  1. From the Business Details page, click Security

  1. From the Security Details page, click Add User

  1. From the Add User Details, page fill in the following details and click Save:

    1. First Name: Ceterus

    2. Last Name: Bookkeeping

    3. Email: access+AZDORXXXX@ceterus.com - Where the X’s are your store number. Ex: access+AZDOR1111@Ceterus.com

    4. Phone Number: 269-359-7621

  1. When the User Privileges page loads, check the boxes under TRANSACTION PRIVILEGE AND USE TAX
    LICENSE, then click Submit:

    1. File Returns

    2. Look up Account Periods

    3. Make Payments - Note: if you only want Ceterus to file and not pay, leave this box unchecked and send us a message confirming you only want us to file and not pay.

  1. You will see a confirmation message about our Security Details. Click the Security Button again.

  1. You should now see us listed as a Delegate.

  1. If you have more than one location and each entity has a separate EIN, you must make us a delegate on each business you have. Click Businesses and repeat steps 2 - 8 until we are Delegates on all necessary entities.
