Alabama Access Set Up Instructions

How to Grant Ceterus Access in My Alabama Taxes

  1. Login to your My Alabama Taxes account: https://myalabamataxes.alabama.gov/_/

  1. Go to Manage my Profile in the top right corner.

  1. Select Other Actions. Under the My Users section, click Manage Secondary Logons.

  1. Click Add:

  1. Please enter the information as follows: 

  • Username: Any username can be used. 

    • We will receive this information in an email sent from the Alabama DOR once the account is set up. 

  • Name: Ceterus Bookkeeping

  • Email: access@ceterus.com

  • Type of Access: Account Manager

  1. Once you have completed the account set up, please email support@ceterus.com letting us know that this has been completed. That way we can be on the lookout for an email from the Alabama DOR at access@ceterus.com to finish the account set up.
