How to Grant Ceterus Access in My Alabama Taxes
Login to your My Alabama Taxes account: https://myalabamataxes.alabama.gov/_/
Go to Manage my Profile in the top right corner.
Select Other Actions. Under the My Users section, click Manage Secondary Logons.
Click Add:
Please enter the information as follows:

Username: Any username can be used.
We will receive this information in an email sent from the Alabama DOR once the account is set up.
Name: Ceterus Bookkeeping
Email: access@ceterus.com
Type of Access: Account Manager
Once you have completed the account set up, please email support@ceterus.com letting us know that this has been completed. That way we can be on the lookout for an email from the Alabama DOR at access@ceterus.com to finish the account set up.
