Arkanas Access Setup Instructions

How to Grant Ceterus Access to the Arkansas Taxpayer Access Point

  1. Login to the Arkansas Taxpayer Access Point here: https://atap.arkansas.gov/_/ 

  2. Click on Manage Additional Logins:

  1. Additional Logins, click “Add”:

  1. Enter the information as follows:

  • Login ID: Any login ID can be used 

  • Email: access@ceterus.com

  • Type of Access: Account Manager

  1. Once you have completed the steps to create the account, please email support@ceterus.com to let us know you have completed the setup. Please include the login ID that you chose for the account.
