Arkansas Sales Tax Setup Instructions

The instructions below are to create an Account Manager for Ceterus to access your Arkansas sales tax account:

  1. Login to Arkansas Taxpayer Access Point
  2. Under the I Want To menu, select Manage Additional Logins
  3. Under Additional Logins, click Add

  4. Enter the contact information as follows:

    1. Login ID: Any login ID can be used

    2. Email: access@ceterus.com

    3. Type of Access: Account Manager

  5. Return to Edge to provide the login ID that you entered for the account
