Illinois Sales Tax Setup Instructions – Ceterus

The instructions below are to provide Ceterus with access to your Illinois sales tax account:

Login to MyTax Illinois
Click on Manage My Profile
Select More...
Under Other Users, select Manage Additional Logons
On the right side of the page, click Add (beside the filter box)
Enter the following information:
1. Name: Ceterus Bookkeeping
2. Email: access+LASTNAME####@ceterus.com where #### is the franchise location number (Example: access+Smith1234@ceterus.com)
3. Phone: 269-359-7621
4. Username: Ceterus+LASTNAME+store number (Example: CeterusSMITH1234)
5. Password: Welcome@123
6. Secret Question: Choose whichever question you would like and set an answer. Write this down so you can share it with us!
7. Confirm the email and password
Check the box next to Sales/Use Tax
Return to Edge to let us know this has been completed. Please send the username and password, as well as the secret question and answer.
