Pennsylvania Sales Tax Setup Instructions

The instructions below are to provide Ceterus with access to your Pennsylvania sales tax account:

  1. Login to Pennsylvania Tax Hub
    1. Note: If you do not yet have a myPATH login, please click the Sign Up option under New to myPATH?
    2. You will need the following information:
      1. A valid ID number (SSN, FEIN, PATH ID , or Revenue ID); and one of the following:
        1. A return line-item amount on the specified tax type. The return must be one of the last 5 returns in the last 2 years
        2. A payment amount on the specified tax type. The payment must be one of the last 5 payments in the last 2 years, excluding payments newer than 15 days
        3. PATH Letter ID
        4. Online Business Registration Confirmation Code
  2. Once your MyPATH account is created, login and select Manage My Profile
  3. Click More...
  4. Under My Users, click Manage Secondary Logins
  5. On the right side of the page, click Add (beside the filter box)
  6. Enter the following information:
    1. Logon: CeterusLASTNAME#### where #### is the franchise location number
    2. Example: CeterusSMITH1234
    3. Name: Ceterus Bookkeeping
    4. Email: access+LASTNAME####@ceterus.com where #### is the franchise location number
    5. Examples:access+Smith1234@ceterus.com
    6. Type of Access: Account Manager
  7. Return to Edge to provide the login you created
