The instructions below are to provide Ceterus with access to your Pennsylvania sales tax account:
- Login to Pennsylvania Tax Hub
- Note: If you do not yet have a myPATH login, please click the Sign Up option under New to myPATH?
- You will need the following information:
- A valid ID number (SSN, FEIN, PATH ID , or Revenue ID); and one of the following:
- A return line-item amount on the specified tax type. The return must be one of the last 5 returns in the last 2 years
- A payment amount on the specified tax type. The payment must be one of the last 5 payments in the last 2 years, excluding payments newer than 15 days
- PATH Letter ID
- Online Business Registration Confirmation Code
- A valid ID number (SSN, FEIN, PATH ID , or Revenue ID); and one of the following:
- Once your MyPATH account is created, login and select Manage My Profile
- Click More...
- Under My Users, click Manage Secondary Logins
- On the right side of the page, click Add (beside the filter box)
- Enter the following information:
- Logon: CeterusLASTNAME#### where #### is the franchise location number
- Example: CeterusSMITH1234
- Name: Ceterus Bookkeeping
- Email: access+LASTNAME####@ceterus.com where #### is the franchise location number
- Examples:access+Smith1234@ceterus.com
- Type of Access: Account Manager
- Return to Edge to provide the login you created
