Ceterus accesses the POS data needed for POW via a third-party Tableau server created for us by Restore Corporate.
Ceterus will work with Restore IT to gain visibility to your location(s). However, they cannot add locations to our view that have not opened yet.
If your locations are open, no action is required on your end, and we will let you know when we have visibility. If they have not opened yet, you will need to let us know when they do before we can reach out to Restore IT. Your activation coordinator will send you a blocker request with these details.
