Please follow the steps below to create a separate Little Caesars Gateway user for Ceterus:
Sign in to Little Caesars Gateway using an account with permission to manage users for the restaurant/location.
Open the user-management section of Gateway.
Select the option to add or create a new user.
Enter the following information:
First Name: Ceterus
Last Name: Bookkeeping
Email: access+customerlastname@ceterus.com [Replace “customerlastname” with the customer’s last name, using lowercase. Example: access+smith@ceterus.com]
Phone: (269) 359-7621
Username: Ceterusstorenumber (please replace store number with your Little Caesar’s store number)
Assign only the location(s) Ceterus services.
Select the lowest permission level that allows access to sales and financial reporting needed for bookkeeping.
Save/create the user and complete any activation or verification steps shown.
Once completed, please let us know so we can confirm access on our end.
