  1. Log-in to MindBody Online

  2. In the left hand column, click Staff

    Click Add Staff

    Fill out the fields

    1. First name: Ceterus

    2. Last name: Bookkeeping

    3. Email: access+mboXXXXXXX@ceterus.com where XXXXXXX is your Site ID

    4. Phone: 269-359-7621

    5. Role: Studio Owner

    6. Save

  5. Ensure our user has been added to the Staff list

  6. Almost done! Please provide the username(email) and password in the Bookkeeping App (bookkeeping.ceterus.com).
