Note: Toast POS and Toast Payroll are separate systems. Toast Payroll steps can be found here.
POS Access
Please add Ceterus as an employee user on your Toast POS account using the following details:
Log into your Toast POS account
Once logged in, navigate to "Employees" tab on left side menu
Click into "Employees" hyperlink when prompted
Click "Add New Employee" button at the top left
Add Employee Details:
First Name: Ceterus
Last Name: Bookkeeping
Mobile Phone Number: (269)-359-7621
Email Address: access@ceterus.com
Jobs: General Manager (this role gives us reporting visibility)
Click "Add"
Ceterus will receive an email to complete registration and will verify if we have access.
