Crunchtime Setup Instructions

This documentation reflects our current understanding of the system at the time of publishing. Because third party platforms change frequently, some steps may need to be adjusted or corrected over time. If the steps / screenshots below don't match what you see, please let us know so we can walk through it together.

  1. Go to Enterprise manager > Security > Application Users and select Add User. 

    1. First and Last name: Ceterus Access

    2. Email: access+LASTNAME@ceterus.com – (access+Smith@ceterus.com)

    3. Phone: 269-359-7621

    4. UserID: CeterusLastName – (CeterusSmith)

    5. UserGroup: Super User-Fran

    6. Password: Ceterus123

    7. Check the box to make the account “ACTIVE”

  2. IF we need Crunchtime Insights (formerly BizIQ) access – please create another SEPARATE user for Ceterus with the following.

    1. First and Last name: Ceterus AccessInsights

    2. Email: access+LASTNAMEInsights@ceterus.com – (access+SmithInsights@ceterus.com)

    3. Phone: 269-359-7621

    4. UserID: CeterusLastNameInsights – (CeterusSmithInsights)

    5. UserGroup: Super User-Fran

    6. Password (if applicable): Ceterus123

    7. Crunchtime Insights: Power User

    8. Check the box to make the account “ACTIVE”.

  3. After creating the user – Please also add all applicable locations to the user account by utilizing the LOCATIONS tab, next to user.

Once the Ceterus user is created, please complete the request in Ceterus Bookkeeping.
