How to Create Third Party Access in Zenoti

This documentation reflects our current understanding of the system at the time of publishing. Because third-party platforms change frequently, some steps may have changed. If the steps / screenshots below don't match what you see, please let us know so we can walk through it together.

Create a Zenoti employee profile for Ceterus and grant the user access to reports

  1. Go to Employee and Tap Add in the top-right corner to create a new employee profile.

  2. Create a username. You can use Ceterusxxxx where xxxx is store number or CeterusYourLastName.

  1. Under Manage Employees, Enter contact info:

  2. Job Info: For Job, Select Owner.

  1. Select the Employee Roles tab on the upper toolbar

  2. Role: Select "5. Center Manager" from the drop down

  3. Tap Save to create the user.

  4. Go to new profile and select to change the password.

  5. Set the password to Welcome@123! An invite will automatically go to access@ceterus.com.

  6. Complete the request in Ceterus Bookkeeping.
