Go to Create User:
Name: Ceterus Bookkeeping
Username: CeterusLASTNAME (replace the LASTNAME with the customers last name)
E-mail: access+customerlastname@ceterus.com [Replace “customerlastname” with the customer’s last name, using lowercase. Example: access+smith@ceterus.com]
Temp password: Welcome123456! (has to be 14 characters)
Please ensure we are set up as a Manager or Admin with full access to view all reports
Reporting Module must be enabled to our user
Important: Please provide us with the store number (4 digits) and the unique CoreBridge URL, so we can sign in. It is important to follow the steps outlined above because the invite email will not include the username and password on it. If you use a different format for the email or username, please let us know.
