Blocker Permissions

There are three permission levels available for blockers:

  • Financials Only - a user with this permission level can view financial statements, and they can drill into the account detail. They cannot view blockers on the Home page.

  • Limited Access - a user with limited access can view financial statements, drill into account details and view the list of blockers on the Home page. They cannot click into or edit a blocker.

  • View and Resolve Access - a user with this access level can view financials, drill into account details and view and resolve blockers including:

    • Updating credentials

    • Fixing bank/credit card connections

    • Handling detailed requests

    • Adjust transactions

    • Add comments

When requesting to add a new user, we’ll need the following:

  • First and last name

  • Email address

  • Which permission level from above that you would like the user to have

  • Indicate whether access should apply to all locations or just specific ones
