There are three permission levels available for blockers:
Financials Only - a user with this permission level can view financial statements, and they can drill into the account detail. They cannot view blockers on the Home page.
Limited Access - a user with limited access can view financial statements, drill into account details and view the list of blockers on the Home page. They cannot click into or edit a blocker.
View and Resolve Access - a user with this access level can view financials, drill into account details and view and resolve blockers including:
Updating credentials
Fixing bank/credit card connections
Handling detailed requests
Adjust transactions
Add comments
When requesting to add a new user, we’ll need the following:
First and last name
Email address
Which permission level from above that you would like the user to have
Indicate whether access should apply to all locations or just specific ones
